I'm very disappointed with my experience. I paid a lot of money for high-quality extensions, and during a trim appointment she cut my hair much shorter than I requested and damaged both my natural hair and my extensions. When I reached out asking for help to fix the issue, she ignored me and refused to work with me anymore. As a loyal client who always paid well for her services, I expected professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, I would not recommend her.
Lily is hands down the best hairstylist I’ve ever had. From the moment you sit in her chair, you can tell she genuinely cares. She listens, asks thoughtful questions, and makes sure she understands exactly what you’re wanting before she even begins. Her talent speaks for itself. I absolutely love lily! We worked next door to each other and I had seen her work over the years which was always so amazing. I finally decided to take my daughter for a girls day to get our hair done and she did an incredible job. My daughter kept asking if we could come back there every time we get our hair done! Book an appointment you wont be disappointed!
