Gotta give a shout out to the maintenance team Chris and Augi! Been here 2 years and they have always been on top of the work orders i put in. Not only are they busy maintaining the pool and grounds, they watch over us as well. I feel very safe living at the Lila

Chris and Augie are always on top of taking care of the pool and surrounding areas. They are so sweet and make me feel safe during the day when I'm walking throughout the complex. They're the best!!

Balanced and Honest: 12 Years Here and ContentRating: 4/5 stars I have lived at Lila at Oakgate for 12 years and am currently in my second, larger apartment here. This is an older complex and clearly run as an investment property, but if you have realistic expectations, it is a nice place to live. The apartment remodels are actually quite pretty, and the price is right for what you get.Don't buy into all the extreme negativity you see in some online reviews.
