My family and I love this apartment complex! Any issues we run into gets fixed right away or at least as soon as possible. Communication is great and any question can be a phone call or stop at the office. I always feel safe here. My step kids love the pool and I used to love dog washing station but, it seems to be missing pieces. We moved here 3 years ago and had such a great experience applying and moving in and even though we asked 1,000 questions or more, we were constantly given great information and assistance. Do not recommend if you need to work from home. Internet set up is dumb. RYZE management specifically could not care less about the residents of this property. They do not want to hear a word from their residents. The staff on site are kind but the corporate that actually handles things couldn't care less about you here. Do not recommend living here as this company is too big and makes too much money to care about your living situation even though you pay to live here. I’ve always had a more than perfect experience with at the Lila. The property is always clean, pool is always beautiful, landscaping…… all around a beautiful place to live. It’s because the management is ALWAYS on top of any issues! Extremely courteous and knowledgeable of anything that needs attention. If anything ever needs to be dealt with, the manager is on top of it immediately. I couldn’t ask for a better place to live! The new management sucks Christina I believe is the new property manager is horrible to deal with , wants to charge you for things that aren’t your fault such as falling sliding door blinds $100 ? . People in the office are extremely rude and entitled for no reason. Used to be a good apartment now I can’t wait to move out. DONT MOVE IN HERE
