They say they fix it and don’t they blame u for what is their fault. They make unexpected visits without warning. Roaches everywhere. Floor was broken when moved in and pool is disgustingly. I can’t wait to move out of here it’s horrible. Management is horrible. Maintenance is horrible. I can’t wait to move out of here and find another apartment because this one is absolute trash 100% do not recommend
Reasonable rent prices, I would say the extra charge they have for the "remodeled" apartments with vinyl floors and grey cabinets isn't really worth paying in my personal opinion. I decided not to renew my lease due to some issues that aren't worth discussing but it is a nice apartment for what I was paying. I saw very few bugs while I was here, and they are easy to keep away as long as you don't live near the office or pool. Do not recommend if you need to work from home. Internet set up is dumb.
Move in was quick and smooth , they were kind enough to let me move in a few days easier with no extra charge , I’ve yet to see any bugs inside the apartment they feel very clean and spacious, the apartment complex is very quiet and peaceful my only complaint is the laundry units and people not moving their stuff after it’s ready to unload , the office is very easy to get in touch with and they’re very kind , 9.5 would recommend(: !
