My friend moved to Denton and signed a lease at this apartment complex. Worst decision he’s ever made, and after seeing the apartment for myself, I can guarantee this is the worst apartment complex in Denton. Only two visitor spots, and if they’re full and you’re forced to park right next to them, you will get towed even if you issue a parking permit. “The maintenance service at this apartment complex is extremely disappointing. My friends have been dealing with a clogged bathtub for over three months and despite raising multiple complaints, the issue was completely ignored. Not once did the maintenance team show up to inspect or resolve the problem. Instead of offering a solution or even basic support, the management responded with unprofessional and rude behavior.
