Before finding the Lifting Lab, I had tried several other gyms in the area. Everyone at the other gyms were very friendly, but I never felt like I fit in. Anna at the Lifting Lab Took the time to listen to me and my needs, helped me understand how to prolly use the equipment and what muscles to target. The facility is spacious, the equipment is well maintained and Anna and the staff are very personable and down to earth.

Great gym! Tighter spaces yes, (always expanding in some form or another though!) I find everyone to be super friendly and welcoming! The dog is a great emotional support buddy as well.

This is the best gym I have ever been to. The owner is so sweet, accommodating, and friendly. It’s a private gym so I never have to wait to use any equipment. It’s open 24/7. It’s mostly female (males are welcome too with a referral from a female member); everyone is so friendly and no one judges you. There are drinks, snacks, supplements, and meals offered for purchase and if you go when the owner is there, you’ll have the cutest lab there to greet you. This is gym is literally a home away from home. I have never felt more welcome at a gym than I have at The Lifting Lab. They have so many pieces of equipment to choose from and every piece has at least 2 different exercises that can be done on it. Love it here!!!
