Amazing experiences! I have taken two yoga/meditation classes with Sarah directly, and taken some on her classes on Youtube. I can honestly say these were the BEST yoga experiences I have had to date, and I have experimented with yoga for years. Whether it is my Posture, Breathing techniques, Meditative Properties, Enlightenment, and overall fitness, Lifted Yogi offers it all!
