Kim has been my therapist for the last 11 years, and she has helped me overcome so many challenges & obstacles that life has thrown at me.
Kim Saunders is not only an incredible yoga instructor, but an amazing life coach/therapist. I have tried for many years to find the right fit for my therapy needs and I found it in Kim. Kind, nonjudgmental, helps you find your inner healing and helps you engage in the peace you have within. Highly recommend her to anyone seeking to find your light within.
