If I could give zero stars I would … I would not recommend Hairstonwood Apartments to anyone looking for a safe or professional place to live. My experience here has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Management has been rude and unprofessional from the start. The staff often have a very sassy and dismissive attitude when you try to address concerns or ask questions about your lease or the property. Great communication, very efficient, and definitely reliable. I’m glad I chose Harrison woods to be my first apartment and the transition moving in was also smooth.
Let me be clear…this review is not about the staff. Kayah, the assistant manager, has been amazing. Andre was welcoming and made a great first impression. The staff overall has been kind and professional, and I genuinely love the layout of the apartment and the natural sunlight. So why the one star?
