I am a current tenant who will be moving out. The office staff of Marlon and Kayah is a winning team. Marlon as Property Manager and Kayah as Assistant Property Manager has made my stay here pleasant via their professionalism and responsiveness. There has not been one maintenance ticket, garbage complaint (the trash company that Greystar uses is TRASH), or unfit persons who should not live here etc, that has not been addressed to my full satisfaction. Prospective renters should do serious research before signing a lease here. They’re false advertising the stipulation for “specials” & “discounts”, misrepresentation of property and a terrible management team. My experience at Hairston Woods has involved ongoing maintenance issues, billing disputes and extremely frustrating communication with management. Andre was really informative and patient working with us in the initial process and would definitely recommend him to anyone. His property manager Marlon was very helpful....
I recently moved in and I have had a great experience. I worked with Andre the entire time while trying to move in.He was very patient and with everything we went through with the verification he checked and called nearly every day for two weeks even through getting denied, he called and was very thorough and making sure the situation fixed in a timely manner. His help was greatly appreciated because the third party screening is also very thorough and miscommunication can lead to being denied.
Andre is the best he always goes over and beyond!
