My experience at Hairston Woods has been amazing! From the very beginning, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued. They were easy to connect with on a personal level and went above and beyond to make sure me and my family were taken care of. Anytime I had a question or needed help, they responded quickly and with genuine care. Moving in to Hairston Woods has been any incredible experience move in was good and staff is very helpful.....i would recommend Hairston Woods to anyone needing a place to live.
I moved in October 2025, and I would like to give a shout out to Kayah. She made the process of my move in the best experience I could have hoped for. I felt valued and appreciated and it made me want to be a part of the community even more. Everything was explained properly, and I felt like she worked hard to provide me with all I had requested for my new move. When she said she would do something or at least try to do it, it definitely was done. Thank you for your care and hard work Ms. Kayah!
Great with communicating in a timely fashion, impressionable staff, thorough in presentation and process, and very friendly and welcoming!
Kayah was excellent at making sure everything was ready for my move in date. I was very pleased with how quiet the property is and friendly all the staff was. I'm looking forward to enjoying my new apartment.
