I have been here since August of 2014 and I left my apartment I am not planning on moving anytime soon things have changed and they are so much better here than they ever were in the past and Jody from the corporate office is wonderful she takes care of anything if you have a concern she make sure you are happy I am pleased and would not leave here anytime soon
Been at WG for some 12 years now and all is well. It's under new management now and any problems we had in the past and now, it's taken care of in reasonable time. Yes, the laundry rooms (all 4 of them) are filthy and 70% of them don't even work, and yes we have spiders. But all in all, not so bad.
Please don't move in these apartments they have mice roaches they don't have a play ground for kids the manger she only care about her people they don't clean the hallway the air dont work in the summer they half do stuff the only time the do stuff is when the corporate people
not as bad as portrayed. yes there are issues, no they are not bad enough to make me run for the hills! GIANT SPIDERS!!! will warn you about that, but WG is quick to call and get out the exterminators. one very real problem that I did have, I was away from my apartment for about 2 months and when I came home for the first time, my smoke detectors and personal alarm had been disconnected and my tablet and a 12 pack of toilet paper was missing. I give this apartment complex a -100.... The front office people are very rude an don't care about anything ...air conditioner is not working in the summertime u will not get air an in the winter u will not get any heat...the heat blows out great in the bathroom!! I have not had any hot water in 2wks an still counting!!!!...I have 3 big holes in the bathroom that us covered up by a mirror. When the mirror fell on my son an I went to let them know they thought it was funny?���� The only thing this complex what is money..gnats... read more
I love love love my apartment no problems so far its big enough for me n my babies the staff is awesome I just moved here two months ago n I dont have plans on leaving :)
I live here right now. Don't move here. I repeat do not move here. They refuse to fix any of the problems in our apartment for WEEKS at a time. We've live here since December 2013 and in that time... our dish washer washes nothing, the kitchen sink has clogged, the bathroom sinks pipes busted, we've had no hot water for a total of 10 days (one of them being right now), the air conditioner doesn't work, and there is now a 2 foot hole over our bed and we've moved our bed to the living room because it was from the rain last nig... read more
If you are looking somewhere to get your tires slashed, robbed by maintenance, have someone shot and killed in your laundry building, have young adults (as your neighbors), playing loud music and partying 24/7, and the office manager/staff think this is all normal behavior, then Walnut Glen is the place for you.
