Olivia was so kind and reassuring. She made me feel so safe and validated that everything was going to be ok. She calmed all my worries on the situation and walked me through steps I needed to take in my home as well. I will recommend her to anyone needing lice treated. She is such a lovely person!
This was my first experience with lice in our own family, so I was very anxious about what to do to make sure we were taking care of the root issues. Olivia was not only kind with us? and very thorough, but she helped ease my anxiety by checking in via text and reassuring me that our issue was resolved. Olivia really went above and beyond with putting my mind at ease. Not only did she have us come back to make sure it was gone, she has kept in contact with me to make sure everything was going okay and that I was stress-free. She was also amazing with my two girls and they really liked her and her cute dog! I cannot recommend Olivia enough!!
