Scheduling was so easy, the staff are incredibly nice, and our 8 year old autistic child actually really enjoyed the experience. Who can say that about getting rid of lice? For a situation that can be stressful and time consuming these folks really take a load off parents/caregivers.
I made an appointment at the lice clinic after my son complained that his head was itchy. Hosis classroom had a notice about a classmate having kice, and at 40, I don't see as well as I did and I have never encountered lice, so I booked a check appointment. They did the check and confirmed he had caught it and we were able to have them treat it then The staff was so wonderful - friendly and professional. The team at The Lice Clinic were great! After an outbreak at preschool we were able to get treatment almost right away. The staff were warm, relaxed and knowledgable. The office is super clean and kid-friendly. Communication was solid - when a technician was stuck in traffic we were given ample notice. After care instructions were super clear and actionable. The whole experience really took away the lice spook factor. Highly recommend.
They even have coffee machine, video games and a tv for kids to wait while they are receiving the treatment.
