Was so easy and quick to make an appointment. The lady who helped us was awesome and super friendly. The treatment for my child took way less time than I thought it would as she has very thick hair. I think she was done in less than an hour. Also, I was nearly in tears thinking about all the things that the internet tells you you must do to everything in the house, and found through literature in their shop that pretty much none of it needs to be done.
