I was dusting my black TV stand and shelves every single morning. By night they were grey again. I thought I was a bad cleaner. The duct cleaning team told me my vents were blowing dust all day. They showed me with a camera. After they cleaned the whole system, the dust stopped. I now dust once a week, maybe. My house looks clean all the time. I didn’t know dirty ducts could make that much dust. This saved me hours of work every week. My house finally feels clean.
Despite having lived in our home for almost a decade, we had never planned a duct cleaning. The group did a fantastic job of describing all they discovered. They were obviously experienced, competent, and patient. There were no problems at all during the appointment. Extremely pleased with the service received.
I realized my AC was running for 30 minutes at a time just to drop the temperature by one degree. Tyler performed a full HVAC duct cleaning and found that the system was struggling because of restricted airflow. He cleaned the ducts and the main air handler, and the change was almost instant. Now the AC drops the temperature in just 10 minutes and cycles off, which I know is going to save us a lot of money. Towels and bedsheets were always coming out heavy and damp no matter how long I ran the dryer, and lint kept spilling out around the trap and onto the floor. The vent had several sharp bends going through the basement. They accessed it from both the dryer and the outside, brushed every single turn carefully, and removed thick wads of lint that looked like someone had stuffed cotton balls inside.
