Moved from NJ to SLC. The van didn't show up on the day promised. Prices are exorbitant. Service terrible. Couldn't even reach anyone by phone for hours! Had a surprise cost of $1,300 for storage that was quoted as free. Never again. Don't do it.

We moved from NJ to FL in October 2023. At the time of the quote, we increased our insurance liability to accommodate the price of our expensive furniture in case of accidents. We had 2 broken lamps, scratches in couches, 4 missing lamps and a Peloton bike screen missing that we were told to claim via insurance. After providing detailed invoices and pictures for all missing and broken items, having an evaluator coming to my house to verify our claim, insurance did not cover the replacement of these items.
