Shocked at how skimpy this meal was for $23.00 at least add more home fries & another strip of bacon! Extremely disappointed,appointments at MGH,just wanted quiet place for breakfast....should have eaten at the MGH cafeteria nothing special about this place. People on death row get better meals....it is a former jail.Food negative 5 stars.
you would expect better This hotel seemed to be a fantastic place, but the service was terrible. They were rude and unexpectly snobbish. I would not recommend this place, unless you know they will cater to you. I am sure they really take care of the one's they take care, of , and if you are on the other side of the fence, forget it.
Interesting space One of the most unusual Hotels I've seen in a while. I was htere for an event and the staff did an excellent job. The space was very interesting. The Hotel is the old Prison and the guest rooms are locate don the old prison floors. The networking space was the balcony and it had wonderful views of the rest of the hotel. The food and service were great and the bar is the new place to be!
Scampo diner in August Service was very good - all the fine touches were coverd. Special of Roast Pork ws outstanding. One of the best meals I have had in many months - I dine out 3-4 times per week. Highly recomend - reservations suggested.
Impressed – My BF was visiting from DC. It is a nice hotel for a special occasion . Good for the over thirty crowd to meet for drinks.
Coolest use of a Jail So, I have not stayed overnight here, I have just gone for functions but I love it. The building was a jail in it's former life and the hotel has kept some of that history alive. They've also done some cute stuff like naming the bars inside "The Clink" and "Alibi" It's a neat place, you should check it out!

Absolutely beautiful! – The new Liberty Hotel is absolutely beautiful. The lobby is simply stunning, and our room was also lovely - not to mention very comfortable! The bathroom was especially magnificent. I was very impressed and highly satisfied.
Unbelieveable new hotel – This place is amazing. I havent stayed yet because they havent opened yet but I plan on staying soon just because I've lived in Boston for years and I cant wait to see what they have done with the old jail. From the outside it looks incredible so Im assuming thi inside will be also. This is going to be a top hotel in this city for a while. See you soon Liberty.
