So I lived here years ago & it was pretty nice & I've also visited friends since then to which the place seems to be still pretty decent but I also don't know the exacts on how much rent has been raised or any details that you would want to call and speak to someone about but I would consider checking this place out again if I move! The speed bumps are insane and everywhere but I suppose it keeps people & kids safer although they could be flattened a bit more!
Terrible place to live with the family, very messy and disorganized, the office doesn't function well, maintenance is awful, no commitment to the users, and when you leave they don't want to return the deposit, they want to keep it, to put it mildly.
Lo único q funciona bien aquí es el día primero pagar la renta para eso si no puede haber atraso. He tenido mas de 5 ocaciones problemas con el AC y supuestamente hay q darle un mantenimiento q nunca a recibido he tenido q resolver el problema yo mismo, además de q a cada rato no hay agua y muchas veces mandan el aviso luego de q ya la quitaron y actualmente llevo mas de 3 días reportando los lava manos tapados y he llamado más de 6 veces y aun así no han venido a solucionar nada, solo dicen q lo van a reportar y no vienen. ... read more
