I’ve been living in The Lex for 3 years now. I was recommended by a friend who lived here previously. Overall I I have been highly satisfied with my stay here. Maintenance team is super super responsive. It never takes long to have anything fixed. Quiet neighborhood, close to elementary school. Don’t see neighbors hanging outside. Have a friend moving in from out of state and am recommending them to check this place out!
Going on my second year here, maintenance is quick and has taken care of my few real maintenance issues. Thank you to the office staff for the support!

I have been at the Lex for about five years. They started off great! Pool was open year round,everything got taken care of immediately! They switched owners for a couple years and wasn’t so great. pool never opened even during the summer for like two years .They switched owners again in the last couple years and they have improved !
