My original move-in date was 3/14, but when I arrived, the unit was not even close to move-in ready. There were damaged walls, dirty appliances, filthy blinds, a cracked sink, peeling shower surfaces, and overall unsanitary conditions. Because of this, I was not able to take possession of the apartment. What made the situation worse was management’s response which is Rose. Man, I needed to say thank you to Marco‘s. I knew maintenance guy, young man. He knows his stuff because I’ve been putting in work orders for my heater to work all winner and he finally came today and got the part fixed. He had a breakdown and took it apart and everything and found out what was going on so thank you please you’ll keep them. We need them over here cause I need some stuff worked on.
Just want to thank Ms. Rose I expressed my concerns, and we have come to an agreement. She was understanding and sympathetic. I will be moving to a new apartment, guess it will be another year here at the Lex. Thanks, Mrs. Rose.
I am about to have one year living in the property, I am happy for the effective speed with which the office and maintenance respond to my requests. I’m happy with my apartment but it’s also your responsibility to take care of where you live. 5 stars for the lead maintenance guy!
