Give five stars to Mr. Martinez he fix my garbage disposal and A /C leak and very reasonable and respectful with his tenants.
I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Martinez from the Maintenance team, and he is always professional, knowledgeable, and quick to help. It’s clear that he truly cares about the residents and takes pride in keeping everything in great condition. The property is lucky to have someone like him on the team.
I’ve been living in The Lex for 3 years now. I was recommended by a friend who lived here previously. Overall I I have been highly satisfied with my stay here. Maintenance team is super super responsive. It never takes long to have anything fixed. Quiet neighborhood, close to elementary school. Don’t see neighbors hanging outside. Have a friend moving in from out of state and am recommending them to check this place out!
Going on my second year here, maintenance is quick and has taken care of my few real maintenance issues. Thank you to the office staff for the support!
