I have lived here for three years, and this is the first major issue I've had. During a recent heat advisory, my air conditioner stopped cooling my apartment. By around 5:15 p.m., it was 84°F inside, and by 10:00 p.m., the temperature had climbed to 89°F, even with my blinds closed, windows shut, and lights off. I moved in this past weekend and the process was so smooth I worked with Jackie she is the best very professional but also sweet made sure my move in was the best. I feel I am going to love this quite small community. 10/10 recommend thank you Jackie for everything

The current maintenance man. He's very polite. He comes with in a day of submitting the request and he completes whatever task or problem I have.
