I like the layout of my friends apartment. Dislike that his hallway smells of marijuana all the time I visit. The washer is extremely small, his central air is loud. This building reminds me of projects on the luxury side. The parking garage is narrow when making those turns with it being two way. I’m surprised no car parked has been damaged. I had an appointment to come tour the property and wasn’t allowed to see the property because I didn’t have my physical ID (only had a picture of it). I completely understand policies but the property manager was very rude and dismissive when I explained I had called prior to coming to see what to bring. I was not informed to bring an ID & I even received an email prior to and there was nothing stated in the email about bringing an ID. Updated review: After living in the complex for few years, I can say it's a nice place to live, if you can deal with some major drawbacks. Neighbors are an issue, noise and smoking in a smoke free building are not greatly enforced, as such you find yourself complaining multiple times with the management. AC unit is super loud, so test run it before moving in. Out apartment was leaking from the outside in winter/heavy rain.
