This review is a bit overdue, but I felt like I needed to write it because Diane, Christy, and the Lewis Team really earned it. Diane was our realtor when we bought our home in July 2025. My wife and I are not the easiest buyers because we wanted pretty much opposite things. I wanted land, she wanted a big, move-in-ready house that didn’t need updating. Diane and her team were great to work with, both in our search for a new home and in the sale of our existing home. Through many starts and stops, and changes of mind as we looked and looked, she remained extremely patient, upbeat, and positive. She was also very honest in letting us know if she didn’t think a house was right for us even though she could have had a sale sooner and be done with us! Diane Lewis & Christy helped us buy a new home, then sell our existing home, both in Arlington. Her broker network was extensive & her knowledge of properties & neighborhoods was invaluable. Diane to her credit suggested we not make offers on a few homes we visited & liked when the market was "hot", even though it would have been easier for her to just have us buy one of those. she said "we can do better" & we did. We have known Diane for several years. She is wonderful realtor. As an owner herself, she knows our condo building well which helped sell our units. She understood our needs, knows the Arlington really well and worked with us to find the perfect townhome in Arlington. We highly recommend her!
Diane and her team (thanks Christy) were absolutely awesome. They helped me navigate some sale prep issues to get my house it tip top shape for sale including an awesome staging.
