Wendy was invaluable in helping us with our purchase of a second home. Her knowledge of the Sarasota market and its various neighborhoods and communities allowed us to pursue our search efficiently. She also was a big help with the negotiations. Lastly she went the extra mile with advice on how best to furnish and arrange for services for our new home. This was a big help to us since we were new to the area. We could not have asked for more from our broker.
David and his team worked diligently and maximized the financial return from my apartment in Florida. He paid great attention to detail, and although the apartment was in good shape, he managed any small fixes that needed to be taken care of without causing any drama for me, which I really appreciate so I could highly recommend him and his team.
