He ran our backgrounds and accused my wife of having a criminal record despite it being easily disproved…. Eventually they approved us but since we didn’t go that day and sign and pay they decided to rescind our offer after we had paid the application fee. We told them we were excited and couldn’t wait to come in and sign the lease and pay and our next call was that we hadn’t signed and they’re canceling the contract. Avoid them. They seem friendly but they’re snakes in the weeds waiting to take advantage
This husband and wife team are super nice and communicate very well. I chose a different apartment at the end of the day but would have been happy if they ended up being my landlords!!!

I reached out to Jeff about a rental property through Zillow. He wasn’t very warm and friendly at first, as he was very to the point. I didn’t think anything of it as it was through an email. This should’ve been my first sign that he was not going to be helpful and that he is very rude. He inquired about my credit score, as a 23 y/o currently building my credit I have a 655.
