This place is a MANAGEMENT NIGHTMARE. Do NOT rent here. Check out Affinity Property Management (who manages this building) for endless horrible, detailed reviews. All of which I agree with. Where to even start. They had a series of break ins this summer (in the LOCKED garage/courtyard area and LOCKED bike room). Multiple people had bikes stolen and the management did absolutely nothing. I’m so happy to no longer be living in this place. I’m not a perfect human being by far. So as a 45% dirtbag /75% good person I say this: you might love it here, but it might be a living hell. You’ll see other reviews -one star reviews about this location talking about some sketchy things and let me tell you it’s real. Great building! Maintenance requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Moved into this apartment in May 2022 and lived here through March 2024. The actual apartments were great. Decently sized, reasonably priced, and not much sound traveled between units. Great location as well as long as you aren’t bothered by the interesting happenings that occur across the street. We lived in a second floor unit facing Plaid. I love living at The Lenox! The apartments are beautiful with plenty of natural light, I feel safe and secure, and the location is great. Theres lots of shops and restaurants and parks within walking distance. The maintenance services have been excellent and timely as well. My partner and I love the neighborhood and enjoy going on walks to get coffees or just enjoying the view from home.
