LAST UPDATE 5/07-2025 AC is leaking again and after the fifth maintenance visit it still isn't repaired, their answer to this is to continue to come back at the expense of my time and convenience opposed to hire someone competent to repair the problem. Cheap apartment tactics at its finest, their version of repair is parallel to their version of renovate, slap paint over it and call it a day. I recently had some maintenance work done on my sink and although it was fixed, I was disappointed to find that the worker left a messy and unprofessional aftermath. I had to clean up the excess silicone/glue and wipe everything down, and even found a wet rag left on my bathroom rug that I had to wash. Additionally, when my A/C broke, they provided me with a portable unit which was appreciated, but when they came to pick it up, they left standing water on my floor by the entry way which was a definite safety hazard.
