I spent two wonderful years living here, and would recommend this place to any and all of my friends or family. The leasing office team is wonderful to work with. The maintenance team is also the best group of gentlemen I have ever had the pleasure of working with - anytime I would submit a service request it would be addressed within the next 24-48 hours with detailed communication from the maintenance guys themselves. I have voiced my concerns multiple times about the fact that the hot tub is worn once in a week or even two weeks. The other days it’s lukewarm or freezing cold. I’m very disappointed to be paying what we do when one hot tub is empty and the other is luke warm. Even when the pool guys do come out they have stated that it’ll probably take a few hours because he’s not sure what he’s doing. Very disappointed
Too much rules for this place ,
The apartment itself is nice. Rules are only enforced on those they dislike. I have pictures. My dogs attacked twice they refuse to do anything. Kids here are completely unsupervised playing in the firepit leaving bikes and toys everywhere riding in the parking lots. There is ZERO privacy. Staff is horrible with the exception of 2 maintenance men. The rest lie! I am so tired of the constant stress living here, there is no peace. * I have attempted to call the office several times.
