I had a really good experience with The Lemon Reps. I had been dealing with ongoing problems with my car and honestly had no idea what my options were. From the first call, everyone was helpful and straightforward about the process. They handled everything with the manufacturer and kept me updated along the way. Most importantly, I was very happy with how everything turned out. If you’re constantly taking your car back to the dealership for the same issues, I would definitely recommend reaching out to them.
The Lemon Reps were amazing to work with. I honestly didn’t know if I even had a case when I first reached out, but they walked me through everything and made the process simple. Communication was great and I was very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend giving them a call if you’re having repeated problems with your car.
