Terrible communication. They don't answer emails, don't answer the phone, and don't call you back. I had to email in three times and call twice to have them update my address. I found cheaper insurance on my own. Saved myself $50 per month.
You never get a response. When we first joined, Steve was very helpful and explained everything. You felt comfortable with the policies being provided. Then Jane started taking on the work and the company tanked. She isn't thorough. She forgets everything. Delayed and short responses. You dont have any clue if you are getting the best policy available. And when you use this agency, the actual insurance company doesn't deal with you. So you are stuck waiting for a response. Until they get better help, I wouldn't recommend.
No communication for over a month after sending initial text messages and leaving weekly reminder texts and voicemails. I wanted a policy updated a year ago, and I was told to just pay the annual renewal and the office would follow up for the changes. They never did so and I ended up paying for extra insurance that I didn't need for the year. Steve has been my Insurance Guy for over 20 years and I’ve never had an issue with him, always gets done what needs to get done and never has an attitude about it, good guy in my opinion.
Awful at communicating. I was told I was going to get an answer later in the day or the next day and instead I had to keep calling and emailing 3 weeks later. I had them rerun my rates to find the cheapest and they never actually did. They just cancelled my policy and got me a new policy holder discount which meant I would lose the perks of being a long time customer just to have the rates increase in 6 months.
