I am writing this review on his current employer’s page to warn prospective clients about his approach to crisis care, based on my direct treatment history with him. I sought therapy with Sam Walsh largely because he markets himself and his practice as anti-racist and an ally to marginalized communities. Extremely disappointing: does not give clear intake instructions and does not provide notice if they cancel your appointment. I had high hopes for this group, as they got back to my initial inquiry right away and had an opening the next day for a therapist with expertise in the areas I needed. I booked the appointment. When I showed up today, driving 30 minutes to get there, there was no one in the office (there was a sign saying the desk is not staffed). Don’t bother trying to jump through their paperwork hoops, they can’t even figure out their own technology !! Canceled my thirteen year old daughter’s appointment because they are trying to play the parents against each other before the session even starts. Adults who lie are the worst.
First let me just say, this place HAD well experienced therapists offering service's to a variety of so many and diverse people from different backgrounds.However, they’re management could use some “customer service training “ especially while the basis of what they do is to deliver just that to they’re patients.
