While although the apartments were very nice and so was the leasing manager. I feel like she mislead me with a lie, I asked her via email if these were low income and she proceeded in email and told me “As a low income, Section 42 community, certain restrictions and additional paperwork apply.” And proceeded to ask if she could send me an application. So I took the time to drive from Columbus to tour the apartments only for her to tell me they are not low income but accept section 8. To me that is not truthful and just a bai... read more
Recently moved in here @ The Legends. Jinelle helped to make the move-in process simple & easy, she gave me a tour of the apartment and was quick to follow up with me after i sent in my application. The apartment itself is great as well, very clean & with a comfortable, roomy layout between the kitchen, living room & bedroom. Also comes with a fridge & dishwasher. A great deal for the price. Very thankful to have a home here @ The Legends 😎🤘 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
