We were looking for a place for our mother and Ashton was the greatest, most kind and knowledgeable sales person we have talked to. This company should be proud to have such a sweet and personable Assistant Mgr. working for them. The other places we have looked at, their sales person seemed scripted as where Ashton is genuine. The management team here is the best from what we have seen and witnessed. Ashton - thank you again.
I'm a local restoration contractor here in Waco. I reached out the apartment staff just to introduce my company. Lina, Amanda, and Ashton were nice enough to except some business cards. The maintenance staff were nice enough to exchange information for any on call emergency that could show up in the future. WAY TO SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES!
If I wrote ten five star reviews for The Legend they would all have something to do with how amazing this place is. My go to staff member is Ashton! All the staff here is amazing but Ashton reigns supreme.
