Ive lived here for a year and in the last month my building and parking lot has become overcrowded with cars while other lots are not (reason for all the lease deals right now) anyhow, because of the crowded lots, the complex now sells parking spots within normal spots with poor signage. (while most covered spaces are not used) For the last 1-2 weeks my building has had no outside lights on the front of the building as well as the concrete staircases. This apartment complex uses predatory towing on it premises. Do not invite friends over if you live here and don't visit friends unless you enjoy spending $320 to get your car back from Rapid Recovery on 18th street. I hope the kickback for the office staff was worth it. Texas Administrative Code 86.705 prohibits such acts. Don't worry, I am reporting this situation and the names of all involved to the TDLR tomorrow morning.
I have lived for four+ years at The Legend in Waco, TX. During those years, I have never had anyone here be rude to me, starting with the staff and maintenance team. Collin T. was just here; and not only did he fix a small problem with my code-access frontdoor, but he and I also had a good visit.
