Update 8/2025: The PM company nickled and dimed the girls out of several hundreds of dollars from their deposit for normal wear and tear and existing issues. They spent about $800 in professional cleaning and carpeting services but I guess it wasn’t enough. Very poor service and they truly do not care about your or your quality of life. Maintenance team is especially bad and will routinely waste your time or let problems get worse and worse. Often times they are unable to complete major maintenance problems such as leaks within the time frame they set. Any issues will take over a month to resolve and they will not help you at all.
If I could give zero stars I would. They are awful. Delayed all maintenance until after move out just to charge thousands beyond our already $2000 deposit. Complete scam terrible company. Difficult to work with. Part of the issue was the stingy lazy landlord who took awful care of the property. Working to dispute charge but embarrassing way to run a leasing agency. Avoid this company at all costs if you don’t want terrible property management and random large charges with no documentation.
Don't expect your deposit back from this group. After we moved out They noted down that they had to repaint due to a cigarette smoke smell in the house. Which is impossible because no one in our house smokes at all. Their team is always multiple days late to responding to concerns and are over all not pleasant to deal with as soon as they have your lease.
Overall a great experience working with this team! Unfortunately, we got put into a bidding war against other applicants for a house, so we ended up having to pay more for rent than the original listing. But Daniel was very helpful and patient with us - he answered all of our questions and helped us secure our spot in our dream home! I would happily work with him again.
