Daniel was super helpful in finding a way for TEN unrelated friends to find a brand new duplex to share! I had almost given up hope that this was even possible, but Daniel connected me with another member of his team (Cori) who was also amazing and worked through all the details and questions to make this a reality for the kids. This is a very unprofessional company that does not prepare their properties before leasing them. They are not transparent or truthful with the details of their properties and will manipulate you into signing forms when they do not hold up their promises. Our property was in unsafe conditions upon moving in and the team is not holding themselves accountable for the damages they did not fix before move in as they promised. I would not recommend using this company for any real estate whatsoever!
Horrible to deal with for the two years I lived in one of their houses. Refused to fix our a/c for months in the Texas heat of summer, withholding the fact that the actual owner of the house wasn’t aware of any issues. The worst experience possible, misleading documents, scammed myself and my roommates out of over $1700 for repairs without telling us on an incredibly old house we paid $3500+ a month for that wouldn’t be that much in a Houston suburb. Overall a great experience working with this team! Unfortunately, we got put into a bidding war against other applicants for a house, so we ended up having to pay more for rent than the original listing. But Daniel was very helpful and patient with us - he answered all of our questions and helped us secure our spot in our dream home! I would happily work with him again.
