If I could give zero stars I would. They are awful. Delayed all maintenance until after move out just to charge thousands beyond our already $2000 deposit. Complete scam terrible company. Difficult to work with. Part of the issue was the stingy lazy landlord who took awful care of the property. Working to dispute charge but embarrassing way to run a leasing agency. Avoid this company at all costs if you don’t want terrible property management and random large charges with no documentation.

Don't expect your deposit back from this group. After we moved out They noted down that they had to repaint due to a cigarette smoke smell in the house. Which is impossible because no one in our house smokes at all. Their team is always multiple days late to responding to concerns and are over all not pleasant to deal with as soon as they have your lease.

Overall a great experience working with this team! Unfortunately, we got put into a bidding war against other applicants for a house, so we ended up having to pay more for rent than the original listing. But Daniel was very helpful and patient with us - he answered all of our questions and helped us secure our spot in our dream home! I would happily work with him again. Daniel was super helpful in finding a way for TEN unrelated friends to find a brand new duplex to share! I had almost given up hope that this was even possible, but Daniel connected me with another member of his team (Cori) who was also amazing and worked through all the details and questions to make this a reality for the kids. This is a very unprofessional company that does not prepare their properties before leasing them. They are not transparent or truthful with the details of their properties and will manipulate you into signing forms when they do not hold up their promises. Our property was in unsafe conditions upon moving in and the team is not holding themselves accountable for the damages they did not fix before move in as they promised. I would not recommend using this company for any real estate whatsoever!
