I came here the other day with my fiancé to check out a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment. Honestly, it was a terrible experience. The lady showing us the place was beyond rude, and I couldn’t believe how unprofessional she was. She had this horrible attitude the entire time, acting like she was doing us a huge favor by showing us the apartment. We came here for a tour and the units Mary showed us was absolutely beautiful. Mary was super sweet and 100% great service during the tour, she showed us 3 units. She gave us a brochure/package that outlines in detail the pricing of units, etc.
Terrible customer service. After our tour today I definitely will NOT be signing with The Legacy. Horrible experience and rude representative who showed little respect towards us.
