I lived in the legacy last year. Upon move in, my apartment was FILTHY. We had to hire a cleaner in order to feel safe enough to begin to move in. Upon move out, we cleaned the apartment head to toe. August comes, and they decided to charge me and my roommate $500 each, as well as withholding our security deposit. They claimed that our floor in our bedroom was scratched, despite us having a carpet covering the whole floor and not moving one thing. The “scratches” were not there when we moved out.
