I live here now in an upstairs apartment, but unfortunately will be moving at the end of my lease because I'm super conscience about being courteous to my neighbors and now that my kid is at the age of wanting to jump and horse around, figured need to get into a place where we have the upstairs and downstairs. I will have lived here 4 years and so enjoyed having friendly landlords that are helpful! Never had a maintenance issue that wasn't taken care of right away!
don’t live here! The price is extremely too high for the living situation. I just moved here in December and there are ample amount out problems to be paying for the small amount of space broken/fault doors. Small bathroom, MICE!!!! don’t move here.
I've been here many years and the staff is the best always very helpful and courtesy low rent prices for everything provided love it here
Everything here seemed pretty decent until lately there’s never anybody at the office even on the days when they supposedly work regular working hrs. It’s becoming a great inconvenience
I live here now and I've never been happier. Very quiet. UPDATE: Got new neighbors around who unfortunately don't have common courtesy for their neighbors and come in blaring the stereo until they shut off their cars or leave, feel the bass shake the apartment, but unfortunately will get that everywhere. Also, neighbors who don't follow simple rules, like pick dog poop up or chain out the dog and let it bark consistently even after being told not to.
