Quiet I was working for my company outside the perimeter. Nice location and quiet.
We chose The Ledges for 10 months. They are unique in that they don’t require a full year. The rent amount changes with the length term. This complex is very large! Thankfully, the 4+ story apartments have elevators. These are photos of move out day. It's the floor plan with the bathroom and washer/dryer in the bedroom. Great maintenance team, property is clean, and neighbors are reasonably respectful ( clean up after dogs and noise). Apartments need small upgrades to justify the rent price and more transparency with rent and amenities being paid for over rental price listed. Good location.
The ledges give a great community environment to their residents. I won’t exactly agree with their pricing for the sailors and workers who live there. However, they have the greatest maintenance team of any complex I’ve ever stayed at. Particularly Rufino was my absolute favorite. He always spoke to me, greeted me, helped me when he didn’t have to. Because of this it made my stay there so much better! Give that man a raise for all of his incredible work and his huge help because if it wasn’t for him I probably wouldn’t have ... read more
