The units themselves are very nice, and the maintenance staff as well as front desk are more than helpful. I haven't had any problems yet that couldn't be fixed.
Great experience living at the Ledges! Beautiful apartment with great amenities. Luis was a pleasure to work with and was always so helpful! Highly recommend!
Lived here for a year has newly weds really nice. We extended our stay for two more years
I wish I could say good things about The Ledges, but I would be lying. Online they look great, but unfortunately it feels as if they pay people to write good reviews. Staff is inattentive to basic needs. Maintenance is unprofessional and they do not fix common area problems. The office is unprofessional and does not care about tenants well-being nor do they care to respond to simple questions. They favor tenants. Stay clear, don’t get trapped by the pretty pictures.
