We have been living here a little over three years and love it here. There is a clubhouse with a gym and pool, dog park, nature trail. It is walking distance to Aldi and Groton Plaza. They keep the grounds clean and parking lot is pretty much ice-free in winter! We also enjoy the events organized by the office staff each month especially the Holiday Party. The team is simply outstanding - responsive, timely, courteous.
The team did an incredible job with snow removal this past snowstorm! My dad plows snow, and having grown up seeing it firsthand, I know how difficult that work is. Great job guys !!
Like most apartments, the Ledges have their ups and downs. Also I will say take all of the reviews with a grain of salt. They do promotions to give you discounts off rent like getting someone to move in, adding a roommate so I wouldn’t be surprised if there were rewards for writing reviews. The downs: the main thing is they arent very honest about the prices. I have been here for a couple of years and noticed they will add things to your rent. Wonderful staff, very responsive, whether it be the leasing office, maintenance, or landscaper staff. Amenities are also fabulous.
