I moved to The Ledges in 2022, and for the first year and a half, everything was great—maintenance was responsive, and issues were handled quickly, even if third-party help was needed. But after all three maintenance staff left, things went downhill fast. The property is no longer well maintained. Sure, the front of the leasing office looks fine, but a quick walk around reveals garbage, dog poop, and discarded bags scattered throughout the grounds.
