The AllTech technician, Nicholas Heflin, fixed my A/C system by replacing the bad compactor. He also took the time to checked the entire system performance. This included checking refrigerant level, leaks, and HVAC internal motor operations. Additionally, he provided advice on the proper settings for damping and filter replacement. Showed up to a property for a self-guided tour and the lockbox was not there. Proceeded to call the rental company but was just sent to an automated options menu and never reached back out to. Poor customer service
The Lease Collection team has been very professional and diligent in their services to us. They were prompt on their appointment and offer us quality services. We are impressed with their client portal which will provide us access to all our transactions and status of services. We highly recommend them.
Do not trust this company. I lost alot money from his management who is a staff in this office.
We hired the lease collections to manage our 12-unit HOA condominium. While very responsive to win the business and sign a contract, once onboard it quickly became apparent they didn't know what they were doing.
