Scheduled a mobile diagnostic and the technician arrived about an hour late. After the service, he offered to purchase my vehicle but later backed out. There was also some confusion with payment when he initially couldn’t access the account the funds were sent to, which took additional time to resolve. The diagnostic was completed, but overall the experience felt disorganized. I would not use this service again.

Hands down the best mechanic experience I've ever had. I called this morning needing to get my brakes repaired ASAP, and they were able to get me in this afternoon. They come to you and the prices are very reasonable. They didn't try to upsell me on anything extra; they did point out a few other things that will need repaired but advised me on the timeframe for repair rather than trying to pressure me to get it fixed immediately. Edit to original review: My experience with this business has been the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I had to have more work done on my car after I got it back. I have forgone those details in the review because the owner is harassing me via several different phone numbers to take it down for libel. The customer service was horrendous here, when I was attempting to pick my car up during the evening we agreed on, I was ghosted. Nathan is probably the best mechanic I've had do work for me in a long time. He always is fair with his prices and get the kob done!
