I booked an appointment with Leak Jewelry, confirmed twice, and ten minutes before I was supposed to arrive, I was told there would be a 30-minute delay to accommodate another customer. After that, the owner, Sara, never bothered to call or follow up. A delay and lack of communication at the very start can only be indicative of the service and quality you’d receive later down the road. Disappointing and unprofessional.
My now-fiance and I went ring-shopping a few months ago with some family diamonds and not much clue what to do with them. Some places had little advice and few options to offer; others were pretty insistent on upselling us as much as possible with little regard for our opinions. Sarah is the sweetest and really took her time getting to know my style/preferences. She let us take the reins for our designs but gave her professional opinions and suggestions when needed. She turned our vision into reality and our wedding bands turned out better than I could have imagined! I couldn’t recommend her more!
Still in shock looking at my STUNNING set! I took my wedding band and engagement ring to Sarah at The Leake Co and had her help me reimagine it.
