Maintenance is quick and they really check up on you to make you feel at home. They also have text announcements which are very useful.

I would like to say THANK YOU to the Leaf Group for being able to handle maintenance calls in a timely and informative manner. Communication has been amazing with positive results when a service call has been initiated! This truly is company that is willing to go over and beyond for their tenants and a reasonable understanding for tenant satisfaction. Friendly staff, great customer service, and amazing communication.

We are extremely pleased with The Leaf Group that has taken over the small community complex in Canyon Lake, TX were we have been residing for about 6 years. We are impressed with the professionalism, customer service, and communication we have received. All of the staff we have had to communicate with starting from the business office to the maintenance workers have done an outstanding job of keeping us informed. A HUGE THANK YOU TO THE LEAF GROUP!

Horrible company. They managed the Exchange Building downtown San Antonio during my lease.(Right after my lease ended the management was changed) Their employee told me one thing over the phone, then that employee was let go and they did not own up to what I was told by that ex-employee. The manager Juanita just told me to take it as a "learning experience". The new management company actually returned my security deposit months later which I thought was gone from this horrible experience I had at the end of my lease.
