I am normally a HUGE fan and visitor of the Lazy Boy, but we just walked in at 11:50am (not realizing you open at 12, our fault) and were nastly turned away by the 3 waitresses hanging out in back. So we took our business elsewhere, and will from now on.

It's been about a year since your last visit we love to make it up to you. Sorry to hear about the poor service you received and i can assure that won't happen again as we changed staff since then.
