The apartment itself was fine and had a “rustic” aesthetic that was part of the appeal. However, the move-out and security deposit process was disappointing. I cleaned the unit thoroughly before leaving, but deductions were still taken for routine cleaning and for exterior deck floor panels allegedly “coming up,” despite the patio seeing little to no use. Was fine for the year we were there. The apartment had leaks and the maintenance team was slow to respond. Best part was getting a bunch of my shit (thousands of dollars in records and my record player) stolen out of my locked apartment while we were in the process of moving out. Great job folks.
Building itself is gorgeous. Close to downtown. Gated parking space. Current management (Allegheny Partners) is excellent. Responsive for maintenance. Prompt emails about apartment info & surrounding events downtown.
