Was fine for the year we were there. The apartment had leaks and the maintenance team was slow to respond. Best part was getting a bunch of my shit (thousands of dollars in records and my record player) stolen out of my locked apartment while we were in the process of moving out. Great job folks.
Building itself is gorgeous. Close to downtown. Gated parking space. Current management (Allegheny Partners) is excellent. Responsive for maintenance. Prompt emails about apartment info & surrounding events downtown.
