After all the bad reviews, I was a little afraid of how things would go, but I have no complains at all, really. Dropped off a mower for repair on a Sat. for warranty work. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Was told it would be a week to 10 days. Had to call back at day 10 to see if it was ready and it was. Paid a $50 deposit for the warranty work, which was to be refunded when they got paid from the manufacturer. I had to call about that - it wasn't done automatically - but I did get the $50 refunded. The total lack of customer devotion and follow-through made this review purposeful. My story is short and to the point. I called and gave my part number to the kid that answered the phone. He reported that he had it in stock. I asked him to please put his hands on the part and make sure that he had it. The kid validates that he has his hand on the part that I need. I went out of my way to do a review of this store, and found that someone has already wrote it. I walked in, was the only one in the store and still couldent get service until I asked for it. Guys had bad attitude and had no knowledge of how I could repair my trimmer. He just kept saying we don't do repair! The sign in the front says they do service. This place is the reason the internet is doing so well! The staff is less than helpful and if you want to do your own repair you may as well search for the parts elsewhere. I do not know how this place stays in business. Poor customer service and horrible attitudes from the staff. If I could give this place less than one star I would. Stay away and save your money. Youtube and internet companies will help much more than this place.

The worst place in Arlington to take a lawnmower – Never go to this place for anything, they do very poor work and charge the highest prices . They will not refund anything and require a $50.00 deposit for everything. The deposit is never refunded. Look inside ther store every wall has "No Refunds" Throw your old lawnmower away before you leave it with this co. The worst of the worst. The only guarantee they have is that you will not be happy.
