Can’t get ahold of them. Billing is not accurate. I feel ripped off. I can’t get a printed detailed bill. They consider mowing to mulch leaves a mow and leaf cleaning and charge twice. He says I still owe but I believe I’ve already been overcharged. They won’t be mowing my lawn again.
The owner would not provide me with an emailed quote and kept calling. After two phone call I finally answered his call. He provided us with a verbal quote. They began providing lawn service in April. They cut the grass weekly but their work was not the best. I would give them 3/5 stars on the actual grass cutting. His blades must need sharpened because our grass always looked choppy. They did not edge the grass well and killed one of our bushes. We received our first bill the third week of May.
