They just left after mowing wish I could post a picture we have to mow her lawn cause the walked the yard with a mower but did not cut the grass it’s way long
Please don’t hire this company. The guys who work on site are polite but the people who work over the phone are unbelievably rude and disorganized and dishonest. I feel bad for the owners of this company because the people who work for them just ruins everything for them.
This company is a mess they sent me a contract which I never agreed to I have never even met them they showed up and mow my lawn and then billed for $35 And I received in the mail a contract for the rest of the summer. I have use the same lawn people for 12 years and have no intention of switching to them. If you want to mow someone’s lawn you need to at least talk to them Not justShow up and do it and then expect them to pay you and send them a contract for the summer.

Horribly incompetent company. What a joke. Don't waste your money on these con men.
This is the worst company I have ever worked with. If I could give them zero stars I would. I hired them to come and turn on my system, troubleshoot and fix the problems. Their tech didn't even get the second box turned on and three of my zones weren't even working. I have dead grass and flowers due to their incompetence. When I called to see how they were going to rectify he situation I was told they wouldn't do anything about their lack of integrity. Do not waste your money on this company.

I wish I would have reviewed the other reviews before trying to use this company. After countless attempts to get this company to do what they said they would do, I have given up. If zero communication, missed commitments, and no progress whatsoever are what you are looking for, then "The Lawn Guys" is the place.
My first impression was great mowers...but be careful with their quality of other services. I had them turn on water yet they never checked for working heads. Had them move one head..they used the incorrect tubing caused flooding if not caught would have gone into house. Refused to come repair their work unless I paid for their leaking pipes..terrible customer service DON'T USE
