I also fell victim to this company’s practices of charging for services not received. I received an invoice stating services were rendered when I canceled services weeks prior. They continued to send invoices and will not review any proof of not getting serviced. Buyer beware...
We observed the Lawn Champs lawn care and light landscape at a neighbor, the workers were all uniformed and equipment was clean and well arranged. We called the owner and arranged for landscape care during Spring and Fall. We had crews of 3 or 4 workers who needed no supervision once we agreed on work to be performed. We have been more than pleased with the end results and expect to use the Lawn Champs this and future years. **** **
Started out with good service. Then not so good. Partial cuts. Cyst when the yards didn’t need it. Even saying work was done when it was clear the yard had not been cut. I finally cancelled. Was paying in advance and asked them to stop service. A month later a got a new bill, but the yard had not been serviced that month due to me cancelling. Now they won’t return my calls or emails and they keep sending me a bill! I highly recommend you do not use this company.
