Based on my experiences with Timothy B. McCaffrey, services I deem his character and integrity as it relates to representation to be of racial bias, deceptive and highly unprofessional. Furthermore, he uses intimidating and threatening tactics to force a client to settle their case. For example, he will threatening to no longer provide services on a contingency if the client declines the first offer made by opposing counsel; even if it's deemed to be unreasonable to the client.
