In one word....awful. Make sure you dot the i's and cross the t's before giving him any money. He took my money and didn't do anything. I asked him for a refund and he refused. This guy is a great option if you like getting screwed out of your money. I filed a grievance with the state board. I also filed a formal complaint with the attorney General of Texas.
