I completely agree with the concerns raised in this review and had a very similar experience with Sharita Blacknall. In my opinion, this attorney is extremely overpriced and operates in a way that lacks transparency regarding fees and retainers. Before even hiring her, I was required to pay a large consultation fee for a meeting that lasted only about 15 minutes. I would strongly encourage anyone considering hiring this attorney to carefully review every detail of the fee agreement and ask very specific questions about how retainers and escrow balances are handled before signing anything. Based on my experience, I would not hire this lawyer again.
