Mr Haberer got my son out of jail.My son was fighting a murder charge.He visited my son when it was needed if my son needed to talk to him he would answer his calls .In the court houses Mr Haberer fights like a lion. Mr. Haberer was assigned to my son's case by the state. So I know he did not do everything he could for my son. He went to the jail maybe 4 times to see my son in 18 months. When I asked why he didn't see my son more often to discuss his case, he told me "because I have to sit in the heat and wait to see him". He would very seldom return my calls or take my son's calls.
