Mr Lackner made sure that I received what was due. It could have went bad for me but Mr Lackner was confident and represented me well. He made me feel valued and provided me with frequent updates. John was amazing through the whole process. I felt very comfortable from our very first conversation. He guided me the whole way through and made everything very simple. During my 341 hearing? He made sure I was calm and confident and it went exactly as he described it in our meeting before the hearing. I highly recommend him and his team!
