Mr Lackner made sure that I received what was due. It could have went bad for me but Mr Lackner was confident and represented me well. He made me feel valued and provided me with frequent updates. I'm sorry to say that the police were no help in making the report and following up (no follow through) and actually wrote in the report that the other party had witnesses and took none of the information of my witnesses.
