I’ve been waiting for A week and a day and no one has called me back. Spoke to Mr. Penland his self and requested for documents via email and he never responded. The receptionist just said she’ll take your name and phone number and she’ll forward to the lawyers, still no response back. Very disappointing.
Great help! Took something very complicated, hard to deal with, and turned into something easy and understandable. Highly recommend Chris and his team to anyone looking to set up a trust. They did a great job in a timely manner. Great people
Ruth is very nice and kind. Unlike other attorneys, who will not give you any valuable information until they see payment. Ruth spent a long time to understand my situation and provided suggestions of my next move. I can tell that she really feels bad about my situation and wants to help on my case, not just for money, but truly wants to make my situation better. I honestly wish I would have never called Ruth Primm. Ruth wasted our money and wasted a tremendous amount of our time. Ruth is so incompetent she couldn’t even seem to send out emails properly. She seemed incapable of using the “reply all” function in emails and there were several times where she actually sent me emails that were for someone else’s case. Ruth would set up meetings just to cancel at the last minute, and the one meeting she didn’t cancel, she spent the entire time talking about her daughter’s wedding. After a... read more
