Ruth is very nice and kind. Unlike other attorneys, who will not give you any valuable information until they see payment. Ruth spent a long time to understand my situation and provided suggestions of my next move. I can tell that she really feels bad about my situation and wants to help on my case, not just for money, but truly wants to make my situation better. I honestly wish I would have never called Ruth Primm. Ruth wasted our money and wasted a tremendous amount of our time. Ruth is so incompetent she couldn’t even seem to send out emails properly. She seemed incapable of using the “reply all” function in emails and there were several times where she actually sent me emails that were for someone else’s case. Ruth would set up meetings just to cancel at the last minute, and the one meeting she didn’t cancel, she spent the entire time talking about her daughter’s wedding. After a... read more

We hired penland for our case a couple of months ago. We won the hearing. We return soon for a follow up lawsuit and look forward to Mr penland leading us to victory

The attorney, Mrs. Primm, stated she didn’t believe my case was credible and that she would call the other side and ask them if I really had a case against them. She then stated if they agreed to tell her they would settle with me, then she would take the case. If your case is out of the ordinary and you need someone to stand up for you, choose someone who at least gives you common courtesy and doesn’t hang up the phone while you’re speaking.
